The Missouri Grand York Rite Document Library contains files for use by primarily Secretaries and Recorders in the routine administration of their local York Rite bodies. Most of the documents provided for download will be supplied as doc files for use with a word processor, print pdf files for printing with a pdf reader, and typewriter-enabled pdf files for use specifically with the free Reader program from Adobe.
A custom download helper script is being used to exercise some degree of control over when a document file is displayed and when it is downloaded. However, not all browsers respond in a manner consistent with the intended function of the download helper script. Positioning the mouse pointer over a link will, in most but not all browsers, display a brief help message ballon describing the intended action provided by the link. Please click the link to initiate the action, though some browsers will intercept and/or misinterpret the function of the downloader script resulting in an end user experience that may not be entirely satisfactory.
The Grand Secretary/Recorder issues documents for use by Chapter Secretaries, Council Recorders, and Commandery Recorders on a periodic basis.
MGYR DOCUMENT LIBRARY
The Grand Chapter Document Library contains files for use by Chapter Secretaries such as the Grand Chapter Distinguished Chapter Award application form. In addition, the Library contains files for use by Regional Officers such as the Grand Chapter District Deputy Officer Report forms. The Library also contains files for use by the Companions for education and recruiting such as the Script for the Introduction to Royal Arch Masonry Presentation.
CHAPTER DOCUMENT LIBRARY
The Grand Council Document Library contains files for use by Council Recorders (eventually). In addition, the Library contains files for use by Regional Officers such as the Grand Council Regional Deputy Grand Master Report form. The Library also contains files for use by the Companions for education (eventually).
COUNCIL DOCUMENT LIBRARY
The Grand Commandery Document Library contains files for use by Commandery Recorders such as the Grand Commandery Honor Commandery Award application form. In addition, the Library contains files for use by Regional Officers (eventually). The Library also contains files for use by the Sir Knights for education (eventually).
