Mark Twain Forest No. 202 was Instituted on July 17, 2004 at the York Rite Masonic Temple in Columbia, Missouri with 25 charter members and guests. The Supreme Forest representatives included A. Ralph Horlbeck – Supreme Tall Cedar, Pocono Forest No. 124; William Raymond Bosley, Senior Deputy Supreme Tall Cedar, Baltimore Forest No. 45; William F. Shultz – Junior Deputy Supreme Tall Cedar, Harrisburg Forest No. 43; Ellis P. Updegraff, Jr. – Past Supreme Tall Cedar, Norristown Forest No. 31; Jeff Rineair – Supreme Director, Region 7, Cincinnati Forest No. 171; George A. Morgan, Jr. – Aide to Supreme Tall Cedar, Past Grand Tall Cedar, Bethlehem Forest No. 61; and Floyd K. String – Aide to Junior Deputy Supreme Tall Cedar, Past Trustee, Harrisburg Forest No. 43.

Candidates present were L’Mont C. Betz, William J. Bowser, Robert H. Bray, Paul R. Cannon, Dean M. Christy, Marion W. Dey, Donald E. Fairley, Ronald G. Galemore, Charles B. Hamill, Teddie E. Harrison, Paul K. Kawakami, Leroy L. Loggins, Frederick H. Neal, Kevin B. Sample, Timothy F. Terrell, Roy N. Thomas, William W. Wall, and C. David Williams, III, 18 in all.

Those interested in Charter Membership should contact the Scribe for a petition. Charter Membership fee is $150.00. The next 25 members will be Charter Members.
